This stunning 5 star boutique hotel in Amsterdam is looking for a commercial talent who has the ability to take the sales activities of this property to a higher level.

With its ideal location and beautiful features you would say that this hotel sells itself right? As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for creating and keeping a big B2B network by actively focussing on relationship management. Furthermore, your focus is on consistently optimizing the revenue stream and spotting potential business opportunities for both the hotel and the associated restaurants. In this role you constantly monitore the (local) market in order to analyse the hotel's position compared to its competitors and identify possible strenghts and weaknesses. Other than that, the Sales Manager is on top of organizing sales- and revenue increasing activities in order to hit or exceed the target goals.

As a Sales Manager for this 5* boutique hotel your main objective is to actively stimulate and enhance the sales performance for both the hotel and restaurant outlets. Your main tasks also include the following:

• Key account management with (potential) B2B clients;
• Responsible for professionally connecting with the local community;
• Proactively chasing- and following up on leads;
• Serving as the face of the company towards clients;
• Monitoring the market and spotting opportunities;
• In charge of organizing sales promotional activities;
• Regularly reporting to the Director of Sales.

As a Sales Manager you will receive a monthly gross salary of €3500, excluding holiday money and travel reimbursement. Other than that, you will work for a beautiful hotel collection who offers some great benefits, such as a free inhouse experience and nice discounts in their properties.

As a Sales Manager you match the following criteria: * Fluent level of English (written and verbal), Dutch is a pré; * Affinity with hospitality, knowledge of various hotel departments; * Experience in a similar commercial role; * Experience in a leading role; * Excellent communication skills; * Mathematical, computational abilities (Microsoft and Opera); * Flexible mindset.
