This hotel has different types of rooms, a restaurant for breakfast & dinner and various meeting options. As a Front Office Supervisor you work operationally whilst coaching and motivating your team. You manage the Front Office Employees and are the first point of contact for guests. Besides that, your responsibilities include:

• Performing/coordinating and arranging all occurring Front Office tasks during the various shifts;
• Coaching and guiding the Front Office team;
• Executing and checking procedures and checklists where necessary;
• Dealing with questions/complaints from guests; if necessary, making decisions in consultation with the manager;
• Identifying points for improvement within the department and taking the initiative to take immediate action.

The salary offered for this position is between €2300 - €2500 gross per month based on 38 hours. In addition, you will join a dynamic environment where you can be yourself and develop professionally. The following secondary conditions form the rest of the package:

• 25 vacation days based on full-time employment;

Gestelde eisen

We are looking for: * At least a completed MBO course (preferably in the direction of Hospitality); * Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written); * Experience within the hotel industry in a Front Office/Reception position; * Spontaneous, guest and team-oriented with solid organizational skills; * Knowledge of a PMS system.
